Schedule of Rates

At Tengo Media we like to keep things simple. Below you will find our rates for a day, half day and
hour. All rates are valid from 1st January 2011 to 31st December 2011:

Day Rate: £460

Half Day: £240

Hourly Rate: £50

Other Rates:

Unlimited Web Hosting: £26 per annum

Non-Contract Remote Support Seat: £5 per month

Software Licence, Updates & Email Support: 14.5% Software Licence Price

Web hosting & software licence fees are charged to all customers regardless of service contract
level - Connection to our remote support service is charged per machine for non-contract
customers only.

Supporting our community (CSR Policy)

PC repairs, servicing, upgrades and call-outs for consumers and small businesses in Denbighshire, are offered at a discounted rate of £40 per hour inclusive of
VAT.

This rate applies to customers and small privately owned companies only, and is aimed at
supporting the local community to help them make the most of technology.

The rate is charged in 15 minute blocks, so a simple repair could be as little as £10. Customers can
also collect goods from Tengo Direct at our head office as opposed to getting them delivered at
home.

The (not so) small print:

The day rate and half day rate cover 10 hour and 5 hour pre-booked consultancy, installation or
training time. Any ad-hoc work or additional hours will be charged at the hourly rate, including
travel time. All expenses will be re-charged in addition to these rates, as well as any parts used on a
particular job. In accordance with our CSR policy for local businesses, Ruthin and surrounding areas are eligable for a third off our service contract prices.

Mileage is charged at 45 pence per mile, hotels outside of central London not more than £90 per
person per night, central London not more than £140 per person per night.

On weekends and Bank Holidays, a surcharge of 30% is applied to all labour rates. All prices
quoted on this site exclude VAT at the current UK Standard Rate, unless otherwise stated.

If you cancel an appointment, a cancellation fee will be charge, which will be equivalent to 20% of
the anticipated labour charges for the scheduled work.
